Can't wait to see all of you Ghosts and Goblins!  Please remember to bring a lawn chair as the concert will be held outdoors.  Please have your student stay at the school to prepare for the 6 o'clock concert!  See you then.

Whaaaa Hoooooo!!  It is that time of the year when we start Fundraising for the trips and fun that is ahead for the year.  This year we have elected to sell Joe Corbis Select Gourmet Food.  There are Pizza Kits and Cookie dough galore - just in time for the Holiday Season.

Your Musician should have brought home a flyer and order sheet last week so that our official sale could begin!

On the information sheet there is information for online signup, so that all orders can be placed digitally.  This is a great way to reach out to neighborhoods and friends alike!  Please help your student sign up and there will be a girt for them as well...... a FREE "get out of practice" pass from Mr S.  Your student will not have to turn in 1 practice chart, for just this small effort!

We are doing great, however we still have a ways to go!  The Fair Share Payment that you contribute to the music Program is what helps fund many of the "needs" of our program.  Here are a few examples:

Can you Help with Carpool? 

Does your student need a ride?

Please take a moment to fill out the following google form so that we can get all of these musicians to the school on time!  Even if you think this might not apply to you, wouldn't a morning off of driving duty be so GREAT!  Fill out the form and find out if there is a student near you who needs a ride, and perhaps you can trade off every once in a while!  

Carpool Sign Up!

We need your help!  Please use this sign up to pick a morning that you can help hold the doors for student who are coming for the morning rehearsals.  It is perhaps the easiest and most helpful thing you can do for the music program this year!    

All you have to do is arrive by 7:45 and hold open the large double doors at the main entrance of Magothy so that the students do not have to wait, and can get strait to the Music!
